We are hiring Supply chain coordinator (m/f/d) Location: Reeuwijk / Netherlands Optimization of the internal/external distribution system (standardization down to the shop floor) Further optimization of the current Sales & Operations planning Analyzing current logistics processes including proposals that lead to efficiency/quality improvements Mentoring a team with supervisory duties Regularly respecting KPIs and monthly reports Being the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, as well as the link between sales, production, and various support departments Overseeing daily tasks and monitoring the progress of the various processes within the chain Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a study background in Supply Chain or Logistics Or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an equivalent position Knowledge of inventory/administrative systems as well as of logistics processes Knowledge of change processes and improvement methods Good analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills Excellent command of Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM applications Fluent in Dutch/English; German is a bonus Strong service orientation with proactive skills Weekly fresh fruit Daily team lunches – a selection of food is available (though not guaranteed) A workplace with its own parking spaces A modern working environment with home office options Opportunities to expand existing knowledge or learn …
