Lead SCRUM Master
Zuid Holland – Hybrid

What we look for:
- HBO-level working and thinking.
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in a scaled Agile setup (SAFe or similar multi‑team environments).
- Experience with Azure DevOps (planning, boards, dashboards, reporting).
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean‑Agile principles.
- Strong coaching skills and experience guiding team development.
- Ability to manage dependencies and remove impediments effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. SAFe Scrum Master, PSM I or higher).
- A Team Coach who is visible, approachable, and engaged.
- Someone who thrives on practical improvements and tangible outcomes.
- Courage to break patterns and hold difficult conversations.
- Ability to strengthen collaboration with Product Owners, fellow coaches, and stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written. (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong communication, empathy, and pragmatic leadership
What you'll enjoy
- Salary between €4,031 and €6,000 based on 38 hours, depending on experience.
