This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM management and lead generation within the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate client data and supporting the business development team with lead-generation and digital marketing activities.This position is on-site (no work-from-home) and requires 16–24 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and flexibility in choosing which days of the week you work.Key responsibilities:CRM system management:o
Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.o
Ensure data integrity by regularly cleaning and verifying the CRM database.o
Support the development and implementation of processes and protocols for efficient data entry and management.Lead generation:o
Conduct preliminary research to identify and qualify potential leads based on company focus areas and strategic fit.o
Support outreach activities through platforms like LinkedIn and email, helping to maintain and expand our prospect pipeline.o
Prepare for industry conferences by identifying relevant attendees, scheduling meetings, and supporting follow-up efforts.o
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for lead acquisition strategies and outreach improvements.General supporto
Assist in the business operations and marketing team with day-to-day tasks and projects, providing support as needed.o
Help coordinate team activities and contribute to smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.Qualifications:This is a great role for an advanced degree student in Business, Life Sciences or Economics looking to fast-track their career in BD, Marketing or Biotech or the Start-up world.
